About Us

Lester Abberger

Lester Abberger, of Tallahassee, is an investment banker and lobbyist, specializing in public finance, heath care, and real estate transactions and issues. He serves as a director of several private companies and a number of civic and charitable organizations. He is a trustee of the LeRoy Collins Institute for Public Policy at FSU, an advisor to the Florida Center for Fiscal and Tax Policy, an ad hoc director of the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation, a faculty member of the Florida Public Health Leadership Institute,  and a frequent commentator on state budget and fiscal issues for Florida Public Radio. He is a graduate of Davidson College, where he serves on the Board of Visitors, completed the Health Systems Management Program at the Harvard School of Public Health, and is a Knight Fellow at the University of Miami School of Architecture.
